Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision services to post-graduate clinicians. My practice is greatly informed by the wonderful supervisors, professors, and mentors who guided me as I developed my sense of self as a clinician. I strive to pass on their mentorship through my clinical supervision and teaching roles. My goal as a supervisor is to help you solidify your identity as a clinician and to serve as a trusted colleague. As I draw heavily from Relational Cultural Theory, it is not surprising that I greatly value my relationships with my supervisees. One of my greatest strengths as a supervisor is the depth of my knowledge in counseling theories and case conceptualization. I also enjoy supporting other clinicians in starting their private practice and would love to help you gain that independence. Just like in therapy, fit is so important in supervision.
